What are the benefits of working out with a Personal Coach?

How often should you work out-lift weights ?

According to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the people should exercise 20 to 60 minutes, three to five days a week for health/fitness. Exercising only three days a week may be enough for previously sedentary clients to improve their fitness, but it will take more exercise to see further improvements in aerobic power, cholesterol level, body composition and cardiovascular health are all augmented the more often you exercise.
However it is important that do not progress too soon or exercise excessively, since both these behaviours can lead to overuse injures.

How long will it take before I see the results ?

Results may and can vary from one person to another.
Every person’s body is unique and responds to exercises differently. Most of our clients within four to six weeks can notice a difference in their body.
